Randi has held senior leadership positions throughout her 20+ year career in Consulting, building and leading national business development and service delivery teams, launching and growing multi-million dollar professional services practices, as well as leading a North American talent acquisition function for a rapidly expanding consumer products manufacturer.
She is currently the Executive Director of the Alliance of Canadians Combatting Antisemitism (ALCCA). Randi currently serves on the Autism Alliance of Canada Governance Committee, was a Founding Board Advisor to Allied Voices for Israel in the capacity of acting Vice Chair, and previously served on the Boards of both Jewish National Fund Toronto as well as The Forest Hill Jewish Center. Randi has equally held senior roles on multiple program delivery and fundraising committees with UJA Federation, and has recently completed the Non Profit Management course at the University of Toronto.
